Mode of Delivery
We deliver goods through our own vehicles. In some rare cases, where it is not economical to deliver through our own vehicles, goods may be shipped through a third-party transport of customers choice.
All goods are transported in packaging used by respective manufacturers. In case of odd lot, goods are packaged in cardboard boxes to avoid any damage in delivery.
Shipping Charges
All deliveries made by our own transport vehicles are free of any shipping charges. In case of delivery by a 3rd party transport firm, shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Time to Ship
Subject to availability, all goods are shipped within 5-7 days of receiving purchase order. Goods delivered through our own vehicles are delivered within 24 hours of processing your order. Goods delivered through third party transports are generally delivered within 2-3 days of order processing depending on provider.
Delay in delivery
We try our best to deliver orders in committed timeline. In some cases, where delivery is delayed due to non-availability of goods from manufacturer, holiday/peak season, we will inform you through our regular communication channels about the same.
Damaged/Broken Goods
All goods are inspected for any damage/breakage before shipping from our store. You may also inspect the goods at the time of delivery. Any goods received by you in damaged/broken condition can be returned at the time of delivery.
