In case the product is damaged/broken, or with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been sent, kindly contact us through email/phone within 2 days of the delivery of the product.
For goods shipped via our own transport, we will arrange for a pick-up and a replacement will be issued after inspecting the returned goods. Pick up and replacement delivery will be done without any shipping cost to the customer.
For goods delivered though 3rd party transport, you may send goods back to us using the services of same 3rd party transport after confirming with us. A replacement will be issued after inspecting the returned goods. All costs associated with pick up and replacement delivery will be borne by customer.
We offer full refund for any material returned within 2 weeks of the delivery time. A refund will be issued after the goods have been received back and inspected by us. For refund, goods need to be in same condition as supplied and in manufacturers packaging.
All refunds will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving goods. Note that if the services of a 3rd party transport are used for return, all shipping costs will be borne by customer.
